Acceptance of Terms

- Accurate Information: All registration information provided to bk433 must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if your circumstances change.
bk433 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm a player's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bk433 support may result in account restriction or closure.
Account Registration
To access the full range of bk433 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you are required to create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a secure password.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bk433 account credentials. - Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days)

4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum single deposit on bk433 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though bk433 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in a 30-day period. Deposits are credited to your bk433 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This same-source policy is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. bk433 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
- Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
- bk433 may place a security hold of up to 24 hours on withdrawals from newly registered accounts or where unusual activity has been flagged.
- Withdrawals requested during peak BPL match periods may experience slightly extended processing times due to volume — bk433 aims to process all requests within the standard timeframes regardless.
4.3 Responsibility for Payment Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment account details when making deposits and requesting withdrawals. bk433 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect payment details provided by the player. In the event of an erroneous transfer caused by incorrect player-submitted information, bk433 will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery but cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by bk433 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering total. Live casino games (including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar) may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. 5.2 Bonus Abuse
bk433 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; and participating in promotions using funds that are immediately withdrawn upon completion of the minimum wagering threshold. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation. bk433 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games and betting markets available on bk433 are governed by the specific rules of each game or market in addition to these general Terms. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or bet type before placing a wager. bk433 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.1 Casino Games
Casino games on bk433 — including slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of professional dealers in a controlled studio environment and are streamed in real time.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the following policy applies: if a bet had been placed and accepted by the server before the disconnection, the round outcome will be determined and the result credited or debited to your account automatically upon reconnection. bk433 cannot reverse game outcomes that have been determined by the system prior to a disconnection event.
6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
The bk433 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers), as well as selected other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted by the system. The odds at which a bet is confirmed on your bet slip are the odds that will apply to that wager regardless of subsequent market movements.
Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority will be settled according to the bk433 sportsbook void-bet policy, which states that voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake with no profit or loss.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the rare event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or erroneous credit of funds to a player account, bk433 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Funds credited to a player account as a result of an obvious technical error do not constitute winnings and must be returned. bk433 will notify affected players promptly when corrections are made.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk433 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one bk433 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of financial fraud on or through the bk433 platform.
- Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market — including through information sharing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, macros, or any other automated software to interact with bk433 games or betting markets in place of genuine manual player interaction.
- Money Laundering: Using the bk433 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion.
- Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bk433 customer support staff or other platform users.
- Circumventing Security: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bk433 systems, other player accounts, or the platform's backend infrastructure through any means including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
Account Suspension & Closure
bk433 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a bk433 deposit transaction
- Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age
- Request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
- Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bk433 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bk433 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) via your most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
8.2 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets
If your account is closed — whether voluntarily or by bk433 — while active bets remain open, those bets will be settled according to their outcomes in the normal course. Winnings from settled bets that were placed before account closure will be credited and disbursed in accordance with clause 8.1. Bets that have not yet been accepted by the system at the time of closure may be voided.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bk433 will send a notification to the registered mobile number and email address (if provided) before applying a dormancy status. A dormant account will not be charged inactivity fees during the first 24 months. After 24 months of inactivity, bk433 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance deduction as stated in the dormancy notice. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing an identity re-verification check.
8.4 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bk433 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bk433's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. bk433 aims to resolve all formal disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk433 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
